Supporting Families, Filling the Gaps

Lint Rollers & Lemonade began with a simple belief: small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Inspired by personal experiences and the generosity of our community, we set out to provide support, comfort, and relief to families navigating medical challenges. Thanks to our incredible network of donors, volunteers, and sponsors, we've grown—helping families across Central and Northern Maine when they need it most.

Our Mission

We exist to fill the gaps for children facing serious illness by providing the information, items, and services they need but may not easily access. Our goal is to make requesting help simple, ensuring families get the extra support beyond traditional funding sources.

From comfort items and entertainment to gift cards, travel assistance, and sibling support, we're here to help make difficult times a little easier for families who need it most.

The 2025 Lady Sienna Pickleball Classic

March 1 & 2, 2025, celebrates four years of our biggest fundraising event

The Lady Sienna Pickleball Classic!

Thanks to the support of sponsors, players, and volunteers, we’re on track to surpass $50,000 raised since we started.

Every dollar from this event goes directly to helping families, proving that a little friendly competition can make a huge impact. We’re so grateful to everyone who has played a part in this incredible journey!

Sienna's Legacy

How Lint Rollers and Lemonade Began

Lint Rollers & Lemonade was founded in honor of Sienna White Probert, a resilient and compassionate young woman who faced cancer with grace. What began as a blog—created by Sienna and her mom to support others—became something more after Sienna passed away in 2018.

Inspired by the kindness their family received, her mother, Sharyl, founded Lint Rollers & Lemonade in 2021 to help other families facing serious medical challenges.

The name reflects Sienna’s journey—lint rollers were always nearby during chemo, and lemonade was one of the few drinks she could enjoy.

Today, the organization fills the gaps for families in need, carrying on Sienna’s legacy of generosity and support.

Real Support. Real Smiles.

Thanks to your generosity, we’ve been able to:

  • Provide Comfort & Entertainment – From toys, game stations, headphones, and audiobooks to special stuffed animals, we help make treatment and hospital stays a little easier for kids.

  • Give Families a Break – We offer trips, experiences, and small escapes to create special moments outside of medical challenges.

  • Support Everyday Needs – We supply gift cards for food, gas, and essentials, easing financial stress for families facing long hospital stays.

  • Recognize Siblings – We provide gifts and experiences for siblings, ensuring they feel seen and included.

  • Share Information & Resources – Navigating the healthcare system is overwhelming. We help families find services, travel support, and other available resources to lighten the load.

This past Christmas alone, we donated over 30 toys and 50 gift cards to Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center and the Lafayette Cancer Center, helping families in our community when they needed it most.
